Patient Satisfaction

 

When patients are admitted to Barringtons Hospital we want to ensure they receive the best treatment and care possible. Prior to each patient’s discharge from the Hospital we request that they complete a patient satisfaction survey covering the aspects of their stay. The survey covers everything from medical care, staff attention to detail and room cleanliness to the quality of food and the comfort of their surroundings.

 

The Hospital reviews each of these surveys in detail and comments are discussed at Quality Meetings and are used for Hospital wide improvements, these surveys help us to ensure every aspect of a patient’s stay is as comfortable and pleasant as it possibly can be.
